Emerhub CRM

Overview

Emerhub helps companies set up and operate in emerging markets. Their onboarding ran on back-and-forth emails and static forms, which slowed new clients down. They asked Boldally Studio to build a CRM that fixed this, with Firebase on the backend and Vue.js 3 on the front end.

Challenge

The system had to update data live so staff and clients could see changes as they happened, and it had to make onboarding quicker for new clients. With international trade moving fast, the team needed to act on current information, not yesterday's.

Solution

Boldally Studio built a custom CRM on Firebase and Vue.js 3. Firebase keeps data in sync in real time, so edits show up right away for everyone working on a record. Forms can be filled and changed live, which lets Emerhub's team onboard clients faster and adjust details on the fly.

Results

Onboarding is faster now, and the team manages client information and interactions in real time. Because clients can edit forms themselves as they go, they take a bigger part in onboarding, which has made the process smoother on both sides.
