The Insurance Problem

Introduction

The Insurance Problem set out to make insurance less painful to deal with. Boldally Studio built the platform behind it.

Challenge

Insurance claims are full of steps, forms, and waiting. Customers get lost and frustrated. The job was to make claims and the work around them easier to follow, on top of systems that don't fall over.

Solution

We built the platform on Laravel: a public website for customers and a claim management system behind it. The two work together to cut the back-and-forth and keep each claim moving.

Results

The platform takes some of the friction out of the claims process and gives customers a clearer path through it.

Conclusion

This is the kind of work we do well, taking a tangled process and turning it into software people can actually use.
