Collect the Questions
We gather the twenty or thirty questions your team actually asks most weeks. Those become the test the system has to pass.
Sort the Documents
We take stock of what you have, find duplicates and outdated versions, and agree which files count as the source of truth.
Build and Grade
We build the assistant, run your real questions through it, and score the answers against what a knowledgeable person would say.
Roll Out With Feedback
We launch to one team first, collect thumbs-down on bad answers, and fix the documents or retrieval behind them before wider rollout.
The Answer Is Only as Good as the Document
If your policies live in three conflicting versions, the assistant will confidently quote the wrong one. That's not a model problem, it's a document problem, and we'll flag it in the first week rather than after launch. We also insist on source links on every answer, because a system nobody can verify is a system nobody will trust.
